When speaking with Rob Dyson, you get a sense of just how capable, present and dominant the Porsche 962 was in the world of prototype racing. For almost a decade, the Kevlar-bodied, aluminum monocoque — Porsche’s first, made of folded aluminum sheets riveted and glue-bonded together — prototype was racing worldwide from Group C to the American IMSA GTP series. Privateers took the $220,000 (in 1980s currency) 962 from the basement of Weissach to the watchful eyes of the world, besting most everyone along the way. With more than 50 wins in the GTP class, the 962 is considered one of the most dominant racecars ever constructed.

I’m glad you guys got these 3 images here in a format that can be saved. I wish I could grab the other ones from the article but they’ve done them in such a way they can’t be saved - or not in a friendly way. May be for the best - every time I’d minimize my windows at work I’d have to be careful about standing up. I’m willing to chance a talk with HR if the rest of the images are available to use as backgrounds though ;)

We totally get it. Unfortunately, a lot of places will steal images/text/video and never give regard for the work that went into it. We designed the articles so we don’t have to put a watermark on each photo to let them breathe, and as a result, we also chose to put up a bit of a safeguard to protect our hard work.
But hey, there’s always a screenshot ;-)

Darn, but I definitely understand. I can avoid that awkward conversation with HR this way and have to explain that no, I was not looking at actually porn at work, just some sweet sweet pictures of an incredible car. They are amazing, good job!
I’d totally screenshot, but it’ll kill the quality. It’s cool though, I’ve got the 3 from here. One for each monitor at my desk ;)
